That’s because we know that today’s seniors wish to have a wider selection of choices for their retirement years.

One option, a continuing care retirement community, or CCRC, is a senior living community that provides independent living, assisted living and nursing care as well as a full range of heath care and supportive services on one campus. Upon its completion, The Heritage of Green Hills, our flagship community under construction in Reading, Pennsylvania, will be a CCRC. A CCRC provides residents the benefit of knowing they’ve secured their futures.

For other seniors, keeping their options open is highly important. Heritage of Geen Hills, an independent lifestyle community with no entrance fee, enables residents to maintain their investments elsewhere and to try out the community’s lifestyle without a long-term commitment.
